Workflow

Fill the 2 L water tank, load instruments on the rack and trays, and select the appropriate program (Metal / Fabric / Rubber / B&D) on the 3.5″ LCD. The unit automatically draws pre-vacuum, generates steam, sterilizes at the program-defined temperature and pressure, then dries the load. The water-quality probe monitors feed water throughout to prevent steam-generator scaling. Each cycle report is printed by the integrated thermal printer and saved to internal memory (10,000+ cycles); transfer reports to a USB drive for archive.
