Product Overview
The IWA-HM310 is a handheld multi-parameter veterinary monitor for spot checks and continuous case-side monitoring. It measures oxygen saturation, pulse rate, respiration rate and end-tidal CO2, presenting live waveforms and numeric values on a 5.5-inch 720P colour display.
An 8000 mAh battery supports more than 8 hours of operation, and on-board trend storage holds up to 400 hours of data. The combination of handheld portability and full waveform display makes the IWA-HM310 suited to anaesthesia, recovery and emergency monitoring across exam rooms, wards and field work.

Clinical Applications
- Anaesthesia monitoring of oxygenation, ventilation and pulse in canine, feline and equine patients
- Recovery-area monitoring after surgery and sedation
- Emergency and critical-care assessment during stabilisation and transport
- Ward and inpatient spot-check workflows
- Ambulatory and field use where a benchtop monitor is impractical
Workflow & Setup Notes
- Connect the SpO2 clip sensor and the mainstream CO2 sensor; waveforms render on the 720P display.
- Select short-term trend windows (15 min / 1 h / 6 h) for case review; long-term data is retained up to 400 hours.
- Charge from any 90–260 V mains via the charging stand between cases.
- Set alarm thresholds per protocol; alarms are audible and visual, with an SpO2 pulse tone.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What parameters does the IWA-HM310 measure?
- SpO2, pulse rate, respiration rate and end-tidal CO2 (with FiCO2), shown as live waveforms and numeric values on a 5.5-inch 720P display.
- Does the IWA-HM310 analyse anaesthetic gases?
- No. The IWA-HM310 is the multi-parameter base model. For anaesthetic-gas analysis (N2O and agents SEV, ISO, ENF, HAL, DES), see the IWA-HM320, which shares the same handheld platform.
- How long does the battery last?
- The built-in 8000 mAh battery supports more than 8 hours of operation and charges from any 90–260 V mains.
- How much trend data is stored?
- Short-term trends cover 15 min, 1 h and 6 h windows; long-term trend storage holds up to 400 hours.
- Which species does it support?
- Canine, feline, equine and other patients. Select an SpO2 sensor site appropriate to the patient.
